Add as many people as you think you will assign activities to or make a member of a committee. Its ok to have more people than you will use, but they must be here to be assignable.<\/p>\n

\nTo delete a person, click on the Remove link in their row. All committee and task assignments will be released upon removal!<\/em><\/strong> Be very careful that you want to remove a person. If you remove them in error, your only option will be to add them back and reassign them all the tasks they were assigned previously.<\/p>\n
\nTo send an email to everyone, select the email icon to the left of the Update People button. A small window will pop up. You can then deselect a user if you need to.
