MIDDLETOWN – The Midfest Soccer Classic, held in Middletown, Oh. Sept 30-Oct 1, kicks off a month-long schedule of soccer tournaments for the Miami Valley.

The Midfest will be host to 98 teams from Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and West Virginia. Games start at 8:00am on Saturday. All games will be played at Smith Park, with the finals commencing Sunday afternoon. Continue reading →

BEAVERCREEK – The 2006 Mead CUSA Cup soccer tournament concluded Monday with championship games being played in the morning and early afternoon at Ankeney Soccer Complex. More than 7,000 soccer players competed in over 700 games, played in Beavercreek, Centerville and Dayton. Over 3,500 hotel rooms were used to house more than 400 teams and 250 referees.
